Product Description:
T series helical bevel gear reducer with various types are standardized, all ratios of 1:1, 1.5:1, 2:1, 2.5:1, 3:1, 4:1, 5:1 are actual ones, average efficiency is 98%.
There are one input shaft, two input shafts, unilateral output shaft and double side output shaft.
Helical bevel gear can rotate in both directions and transmit smoothly, low noise, light vibration, high performance.
If the ratio is not 1:1, and input speed on single-extendable shaft, output speed will be reduced; if input speed on double-extendable shaft, output speed will be reduced.

2, gear: adopt high quality high grade synthetic diamond 50CrMnT piece.modified processing, steel by carburizing quench treatment and grinding and become;
3, spindle: adopt high quality high purity steel alloy 40Cr piece.modified processing, have high heavy load capacity.
4, bearing a heavy load capacity, equipped with the roll cone bearing;
5, oil seal: imported double lip seal with high dustproof prevent leakage ability.

Product lubrication:
T series spiral bevel gear commutator proper lubrication, can play the steering and improve the operation efficiency, the life.
1, initial use two weeks or 100 or 200 hours, for early period, the attrition between abrasion might be a little metal powder, be sure to clean internal, and change new lubricating oil;
2, use for a long time, every half year - a year or 1000-2000 hours replacing a lubricating oil.
